During the said schedule, student-grantees are required to bring the following:
𝗮. Two (2) photocopies of validated School ID; and
𝗯. Blue ballpen

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗗𝗣 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Conducting an orientation for new Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong-Dunong Program (TDP) grantees is essential, as it serves as a way of informing them about the important details they need to know regarding their grants. Thus, the SMCC Admission and Scholarship Office conducted an orientation for the new TES and TDP grantees together with their parents/guardians.

The orientation was hosted by Mrs. Lera May C. Iglesias, Admission and Scholarship Staff. Dr. Beverly D. Jaminal, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Research, delivered the opening remarks and congratulated all the grantees for availing themselves of the TES and TDP programs. She reminded the students of how beneficial the grants are to their education and emphasized that the grants should be used wisely and exclusively for educational purposes.

Mrs. Arlyn B. Tuyogon, Admission and Scholarship Head and TES Focal Person, conducted the orientation proper. She discussed the overview of the TES program, the process and documentary requirements for availing of the TES program, the roles and responsibilities of the grantees, the grounds for ineligibility, the general process of the TES program, and the additional benefits under TES (TES 3-A and TES 3-B).

After the discussion, an open forum was held wherein students and parents raised questions and clarifications. The orientation was successfully conducted and concluded with a photo opportunity together with the grantees and their parents/guardians.

𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗘𝗦 (𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟭.𝟭) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗗𝗣 (𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟭.𝟭) 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀,

Pursuant to the UniFAST Memorandum Circular on the conduct of orientations for new Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong-Dunong Program (TDP) grantees, the Office will conduct an 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗗𝗣 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣.𝗠. at the 𝗦𝗠𝗖𝗖 𝗔𝗩𝗥. Important matters regarding TES and TDP will be discussed. Hence, your attendance is a must.

New TES and TDP grantees are 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁/𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 during the said orientation.

Saint Michael College of Caraga, through the Office of Admission and Scholarship, successfully conducted the LBP PISO Plus Orientation and Account Opening in coordination with the Land Bank of the Philippines – Butuan Branch (Montilla Boulevard).
