Yesterday, June 15, 2026, our Division Annual Physical Inventory was successfully conducted through the collective effort, dedication, and teamwork of everyone involved.
Despite the unexpected power outage that we experienced during the activity, everyone remained committed and resilient, ensuring that the inventory was completed successfully.
This achievement was spearheaded by our School AO-II, April Pequiro, together with our School Property Custodian, Noel A. Felias, who, despite being on long-term sick leave due to serious health concerns, selflessly came to the school to extend his help and support for this important activity. Your commitment and dedication are truly inspiring.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to Joselyn E. Azarcon, former School Property Custodian, for generously sharing her knowledge, experience, and assistance throughout the inventory process.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all our teachers, Mam Mj, Mam Merci, Mam Aileen, Mam Kath, Mam Flor, Sir Carlo, Mam Ara, Mam Anna Lou, Mam Jenny, Sir James, Mam Alje, for their all-out support, cooperation, and willingness to lend a hand, which greatly contributed to the success of the activity.
We also extend our deepest gratitude to our School Head, Edgardo V. Pal, for his exemplary leadership, unwavering support, and constant encouragement throughout the preparation and conduct of this activity. His guidance, trust, and commitment to ensuring the success of this undertaking inspired us to work together and overcome challenges along the way. We are truly grateful for his dedication to the school and his continued support to every member of the team.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our watchmen, Sir Bert and Sir Arnold, for their unwavering assistance and support. Thank you for always being there whenever we needed help, for accommodating us even during late hours at school, and for willingly assisting us on holidays and weekends. Your dedication, patience, and commitment to service did not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated.
Special thanks to Ms. Beth Jumawid for her technical assistance and guidance during the District-Level Inventory, which greatly helped us in this successful undertaking.
Our heartfelt thanks as well to Sir Ryan V. Julio for the technical assistance he extended to us, which greatly contributed to the successful preparation and conduct of this activity.
Special recognition is likewise given to the inventory team - Team B - headed by Sir Lester, together with Ma’am Donna, Ma’am Elenita, and Sir John Fred, for their diligence, professionalism, and dedication in carrying out the inventory process.
This accomplishment is a reflection of what teamwork, dedication, and a shared commitment to service can achieve - even in the face of challenges. Thank you to everyone who helped make this activity a success!
