𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝘈𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘈𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘚𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘋𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 (𝘍𝘈𝘚𝘋) and 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘴 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳, for receiving the 𝙂𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙡𝙖 (𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙) for Region IV-A during the 2026 Recognition of Stakeholders through the 𝘎𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘥 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘢 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘒𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘢𝘵 𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘥𝘢𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘵 𝘠𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘶𝘣𝘪𝘨, held as part of the 63rd FISHCON Closing Ceremony on September 18, 2026, at Luxent Hotel, Quezon City.

Organized by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), the recognition honors individuals and organizations for their significant contributions to the fisheries and aquatic resources sector.

Dr. Cullado was the lone individual awardee from Region IV-A, recognized for his significant contributions to fisheries governance, extension, research, quality assurance, and infrastructure development. His notable engagements include his concurrent service as a 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘼𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝟔 (𝙁𝙈𝘼 𝟔) 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘽𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥, leadership in various fisheries-related extension projects, active involvement in fisheries research and development initiatives, and service as a 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (𝘾𝙃𝙀𝘿) 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙄𝙑 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢. As Campus Planning Officer, he has likewise contributed to the planning, development, and implementation of fisheries-related infrastructure projects of the Campus.

Also recognized from Region IV-A under the Gawad Pasasalamat (Recognition Award) category were the Office of the Agricultural Services–Bacoor City, Cavite City Task Force Bantay Dagat, and the City Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Council–Bacoor (CFARMC). The Region IV-A awardees were accompanied by Ms. Marinel A. Punzalan, Officer-in-Charge of the Provincial Fisheries Office–Cavite.

The awarding ceremony was preceded by a program featuring the Welcome Remarks of BFAR National Director Elizer S. Salilig, delivered by Ms. Mildred M. Buazon, Chief of the Administrative Division of DA-BFAR; the Keynote Speech of Department of Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel, Jr., delivered by Mr. Roy C. Ortega, Chief of the Fisheries Resources Management Division, DA-BFAR; and the launching of the “Sagip Dagat System.”

Dr. Cullado’s recognition reflects not only his dedication and valuable contributions to the fisheries sector but also Cavite State University Naic’s continuing commitment to advancing fisheries research, education, governance, and sustainable development in support of the progress of the fisheries sector in the country. His achievement further underscores the University’s role in fostering expertise and meaningful partnerships that contribute to the sustainable management and development of the nation’s aquatic resources.

h. Not have been a candidate who lost in any national or local election, except for barangay elections, within one (1) year after such election.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 135 mula sa Office of the President, ipinapaalam ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Naic na magkakaroon ng ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES arrangement ngayong Huwebes, September 10, 2026, para sa lahat ng opisyales at empleyado ng munisipyo.

Para naman sa mga eskwelahan sa bayan ng Naic, walang klase. Pero tuloy ang pag-aaral! Pansamantalang ipatutupad ang Modular/Online Learning upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral. ayon ito sa DepEd Order No. 022, s. 2024.

At upang masigurong tuloy-tuloy ang pagbibigay ng mga mahalaga at emergency na serbisyo sa ating mga kababayan, ang mga sumusunod na opisina ay pananatilihin ang kanilang on-site na operasyon:
