We are grateful and honored to share that Suguidan Integrated School has been named 1st Place in the Secondary - Small School Category of the 2026 Regional Search for Outstanding School Gender and Development (GAD) Implementers - GAWAD SILANG.

This recognition is a reflection of the collective effort of our school head Sir Joel Flores Nonog, Ma'am Jezel Gene Dilim Estipular, teachers, non-teaching personnel, learners, parents, PTA Officers, Barangay Suguidan Sur Officials, and the entire Suguidan community. Undeterred by the weather, dedicated teachers personally handed out learning packets and reading materials to parents earlier this morning. Their swift action ensures that learners can safely continue their studies at home without falling behind.

โ€‹While maintaining academic continuity, the school remains deeply committed to learners' safety during this period of inclement weather. Teachers actively monitor their learners' well-being and provide continuous guidance through online group chats. By combining home-based learning materials with constant digital check-ins, the SIS community demonstrates a united effort to keep students safe, supported, and inspired through any storm.

Elementary Learners Embrace ADM

When persistent rains brought an Orange Rainfall Warning on August 10, 2026, safety took center stageโ€”but learning didn't take a back seat. Following local advisories, in-person classes were suspended, prompting our elementary learners (Kindergarten to Grade 6) to transition smoothly into ADM (Alternative Delivery Mode)

Transforming their homes into temporary classrooms, our young learners continued their academic journey using learning packets, worksheets, and teacher guidance via messaging groups. Parents and guardians also stepped up as essential learning partners, ensuring a supportive environment despite the inclement weather. While safety remains our top priority during severe weather, our learners' resilience and dedication shine through the heavy rains.

Learning continues, safety comes first, and resilient minds keep growing!
