With deep sorrow, Tamsi Elementary School family joins the Province of Quirino in mourning the passing of our beloved Governor Dakila Carlo "Dax" E. Cua, the 8th Governor of the Province of Quirino.

Our Philippine National Flag is flown at half-mast today as a sign of respect, sorrow, and solidarity for the passing of our beloved Governor.

Today we lower our flag, but your legacy continues to fly high. Thank you for showing us that leadership means service, sacrifice, and love to us Quirinians.

We offer our deepest condolences and prayers to the bereaved family.
