Ignacian Marian leaders successfully completed the Ignacian Mariansโ Leadership Training 2026, held on ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐โ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, anchored on the theme: โ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌโ ๐๐ฒ๐ง๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ: ๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ.โ
The two-day training brought together Ignacian Marian student leaders who are part of the classroom and club officers, guided by the STAC, moderators and advisers, and student-facilitators.
The first day activities of the leadership training was partially disrupted but pushed through virtually due to the suspension of classes. The first day featured the ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ค ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌโ ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฎ๐ with the invited Resource Speaker and SMAN Completer, ๐๐จ๐ง. ๐๐ณ๐๐ค๐ก๐ฒ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ, ๐๐จ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐โ๐ฌ ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง. She highlighted to student-leaders that โ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐.โโemphasizing on the duty of a leader to family, community, and God. The activity started by the opening prayer led by MIC President Allister Formeloza and MIC Vice President Trish Villanueva. The Student Activity Coordinator served as the moderator for the said online activity.
The second day was held at the school which started with an opening prayer led by AKMID President Elpidio De Pedro III, and an opening remarks by the MSG President Maria Josan Daoang. DTG, HMC and Siglaro Facilitators led the Zumba Exercise which was followed by the ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐
๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ (whose team name are the 15 related values) from their respective camps- Camp Faith, Camp Excellence, and Camp Service. Student-leaders were challenged and made fun with ๐๐๐๐ฆ-๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐, ๐๐๐ฅ๐ค ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐๐ข๐, ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐๐, ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐

The activity concluded with a wrap-up sharing, where participants reflected on their experiences and learnings, followed by the awarding ceremony, with ๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ฆ and ๐๐จ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐ก๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ณ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ, and ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฉ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฉ. A closing remarks was delivered by the School Principal, S. Ma. May N. Moran, RVM, leaving a message that relates to the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Mother Mary, as well as a ๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ-๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐ ๐ก๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐จ. KALIFI President Marc Ryan Cademia led the closing prayer.
