Learning Continues Amid Skeletal Workforce: Tadao Elementary School Distributes Learning Modules and Promotes School Beautification

Despite the implementation of a skeletal workforce and alternative work arrangements following Memorandum Circular No. 129, Tadao Elementary School remains steadfast in ensuring that learning continues for its learners.
In response to the directive issued amid the enhanced Southwest Monsoon and the risk of localized flooding and travel hazards, the school conducted the distribution of learning modules to learners today.This initiative ensures that learners continue to access their lessons and learning activities even while face-to-face classes are temporarily affected.
The teaching personnel, together with the non-teaching personnel, continue to demonstrate dedication, teamwork, and genuine concern for the learners and the school community. Teachers will continue to guide and monitor learners through the modular learning modality, with the support of parents and guardians at home.
After the distribution of learning modules, the teaching and non-teaching personnel joined hands in planting papaya trees and flowering plants as part of the school's continuing efforts toward school beautification and creating a greener, cleaner, and more welcoming learning environment.
School Head , Ma’am Mary Rose Angeles expressed her heartfelt appreciation to her co-teachers and non-teaching personnel for their unwavering commitment, cooperation, and willingness to serve despite the challenging circumstances.
The school likewise encourages parents and guardians to actively participate in their children's learning by providing time, guidance, and support as they accomplish their modules at home.
Through the collective efforts of the school personnel, parents, learners, and the community, Tadao Elementary School continues to uphold its commitment to learning continuity while nurturing a clean, green, and beautiful school environment.
