ANNOUNCEMENT

SUBJECT: Uniform and Identification Requirements Effective August 3, 2026

TO: All Students, Faculty, Staff, and Parents/Guardians
FROM: Office of Student Affairs and Services

Please be informed of the following guidelines that will take effect starting Monday, August 3, 2026:

✅ For Returning Students
All returning students must wear their complete prescribed uniform together with their valid University ID at all times while within the campus premises.

✅ For New Students

- New students who already have their official uniform may wear it in compliance with the rule above.
​
- Those who do not yet have their uniform must wear attire strictly conforming to the University Dress Code.
​
- Until your official ID is issued, you may present or display your active student portal account/screen to serve as your temporary identification upon entry and when requested by authorized personnel.

Strict compliance is expected from all concerned. For inquiries or clarifications, please coordinate with the Student Affairs Office.

𝗨𝗦𝗜 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 ‘𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽’: 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀

A legacy of gratitude, leadership, and service comes to life at Universidad de Sta. Isabel with the launch of the “Pay It Forward Fellowship Program.” Spearheaded by Student Affairs Director Mr. Randy P. Iniego upon the request of a distinguished alumnus, and approved by Dr. Virginia C. Reyes of the Office of Student Development Services, Scholarship, and Linkages, the initiative reflects USI’s commitment to nurturing servant-leaders grounded in Vincentian values.

The fellowship was established by Atty. Dion Lorenz L. Romano, former CSG President, as a way of giving back to the institution and community that once supported him throughout his student leadership journey. Inspired by the kindness and opportunities he received during his time in USI, Atty. Romano now seeks to empower the next generation of student leaders through meaningful support and mentorship.

Exclusively designed for the CSG Prime Minister, the fellowship offers assistance, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help student leaders grow both personally and professionally as they carry out their responsibilities. In its inaugural year, Ms. Krisshia Mae Peñaflor serves as the first Fellow, embracing not only the honor but also the responsibility of exemplifying Vincentian excellence and servant leadership.

More than a scholarship or support program, the Pay It Forward Fellowship embodies a cycle of generosity — a testament that true leadership is not only about success, but also about lifting others as you rise.

Attendance in all scheduled practices is highly encouraged. Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the set time.

• Female: School uniform with black stockings, light makeup, and well-groomed hair
