Our heartfelt appreciation to our resource speakers, Ma’am Floramay T. Labalan and Ma’am Jane T. Jamili from the iSHINE Center, City Government of Naga, Cebu, for sharing their valuable knowledge and meaningful insights during the “Talk with Marites: HIV and Teenage Pregnancy Awareness” activity.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Division Office – Health Section, represented by Ma’am Floriza Sevandal, for bringing this meaningful and informative activity to our school.

🌿🍎 Nutrition Month 2026 is officially underway! 🍎🌿

Last July 13, 2026, the Naalad National High School community enthusiastically kicked off the celebration of Nutrition Month 2026 with the inspiring theme:

💚 "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!" 💚

The celebration began with an exciting launching program that brought together our learners, teachers, and school personnel in promoting the importance of healthy eating and caring for our environment. Through fun and meaningful activities, everyone was reminded that good nutrition and a healthy planet go hand in hand in building a brighter future.

This is just the beginning of a month filled with engaging activities that will encourage healthy lifestyles, environmental responsibility, and active participation from our school community.

Together, let us make every healthy choice count and protect the environment for generations to come! 🌱✨
