🚨 SAFETY IN MOTION | 2026 Earthquake and Fire Drill 🚨
Safety means not only knowing what actions you should take in an emergency but also understanding how to be prepared for the moment that action is required.
Yesterday, August 17, 2026 at around 11:50 AM, Cebu Technological University–Naga Extension Campus conducted an Earthquake and Fire Drill to strengthen the readiness and awareness of students, faculty, and staff in responding to emergency situations.
The exercise also involved rescue operations and situations where the students and staff demonstrated different techniques and approaches to save an individual. The situations demonstrated that even items like a bed or chair can assist in transporting a person when needed.
These exercises can serve to remind everyone that readiness, vigilance, and teamwork can assist during emergencies when every moment is crucial. 🚨🧯
