𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 | CTED Strategic Planning, Fellowship, and Team-Building Activity

The College of Teacher Education (CTED) successfully concluded its Strategic Planning, Fellowship, and Team-Building Activity held on August 8–9, 2026, at GilMar Casa de Descanso, Sitio Yabu, Palestina, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Anchored on the theme “Stronger Together,” the two-day activity provided an avenue for the CTED faculty and academic leaders to pause, reflect, reconnect, and collectively look ahead. Beyond the fellowship and team-building activities, the gathering served as a meaningful space for reviewing the past academic year, aligning individual and departmental commitments, and strengthening our shared direction for the years ahead.

Through academic assessment and reflection, strategic planning, organizational learning, collaborative workshops, and moments of fellowship, the activity highlighted an important truth: a strong college is built not only on individual excellence but on people who work, learn, and grow together.

May the spirit of collaboration, shared responsibility, and collegiality fostered during these two days continue to guide CTED as we pursue our goals and respond to the demands of teacher education.

Together, we reflect. Together, we plan. Together, we grow. Together, we move CTED forward.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Sir Ferd! 🎂

Smart, dependable, and always on top of the deadlines, Sir Ferd has certainly proven that being new to a position does not mean being new to excellence.

In just your first two months in the College of Teacher Education, you have already faced a demanding ride: speaking engagements, activity proposals, countless trips up and down the stairs for approvals, checking documents coming from and going to students, and everything in between. Yet, through it all, you have consistently shown that you are prepared, capable, and more than ready to fulfill the demands of the position.

Your dedication, competence, and willingness to take on every challenge have not gone unnoticed. You came in ready to contribute, and you have quickly become someone the college can rely on.

CTED is truly blessed to have you as part of the college. May this birthday be a reminder of how much your efforts are valued and appreciated.

📢 CTED STUDENT ADVISORY || Schedule of Online and Face-to-face Classes

Hello, everyone!

Please be informed of the schedules of the OLHB classes (face-to-face and online class sessions) of the following sections for all 1st and 2nd Year CTED students.

As we begin classes next week, please make sure that you have already joined your respective Google Classrooms and Google Chat groups. These platforms will serve as our primary communication channels, especially during online classes. Kindly check them regularly for announcements, class materials, and other important updates.

Kindly take note that these schedules are only applicable to your GEC, IRS, and FOLA subjects only. The days and class schedules reflected in your matriculation forms will be followed as usual. The Major and Professional Education subjects will be conducted fully face-to-face.

The College of Teacher Education (CTED) proudly ranks 3rd in Net Promoter Score (NPS) at Naga College Foundation, Inc., a recognition that highlights the confidence and satisfaction of our students and stakeholders in the quality of education and services we provide.

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a globally recognized metric used to measure stakeholder loyalty and advocacy. A higher NPS reflects stronger trust, positive experiences, and a greater willingness of stakeholders to recommend the institution to prospective students, parents, and the wider community.

Earning 3rd Place with an NPS of 36.83 signifies that a significant number of our students and stakeholders are confident in the education, support services, and learning environment provided by CTED.
