📢 HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENT

By virtue of Republic Act No. 9410, May 27, 2026 (Wednesday) is declared a Special Non-Working Public Holiday in the entire Province of Camarines Sur, including the Cities of Naga and Iriga.

The same date also coincides with Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), which is declared a Regular Holiday nationwide through Proclamation No. 1264.

ADNU Hosts Over 1,200 Private School Educators for 2026 Regional INSET

Ateneo de Naga University, in partnership with the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) and the Department of Education (DepEd), successfully hosted 1,286 private school teachers from across the region for the 2026 Regional In-Service Training (INSET) held at the Fr. Hilario Belardo, SJ Building. The massive training event accommodated a diverse delegation of teachers, comprising 584 Junior High School, 575 Senior High School, and 127 Kindergarten to Grade 6 teachers. As part of a continuing collaborative effort to elevate regional education standards, the intensive program focused on equipping participants with updated competencies, innovative pedagogical approaches, and learner-centered strategies aligned with the shared goal of delivering quality education.

One Step Towards a Smart Campus Future

22 May 2026 – The Ateneo de Naga University takes a step further into the future towards becoming a Smart Campus, one of the four university directions under the leadership of ADNU President Fr Aristotle Dy, SJ. As part of the journey, the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) was launched, helmed by the Chief Information and Technology Officer Joshua Martinez. The DTO also closely collaborates with the Management Information Systems led by Estrella Montealegre and the Network Operations and Computer Services led by Engr Zero Magallon.
