ProviCare Training and Assessment Center successfully held the Training Induction Program (TIP) for our PESFA Scholarship – Caregiving NC II scholars, facilitated by the TESDA Provincial Office.

The program provided a comprehensive orientation on the implementation of the PESFA Scholarship, including the rights and responsibilities of scholars, scholarship policies, training requirements, attendance guidelines, and the expectations throughout the entire training duration.

This orientation serves as an important first step in preparing our scholars for a productive and meaningful learning journey. By understanding what lies ahead, our trainees are better equipped to maximize the opportunities provided by the scholarship and develop the competencies needed to become skilled and compassionate caregivers.

Our caregiver trainees are gaining practical experience in MGT (Nasogastric Tube) Feeding, an essential skill for providing safe and compassionate care to patients who require assisted nutrition.
