πŸ“–βœ¨ Sunday Gospel Reflection | June 21, 2026 βœ¨πŸ“–

Gospel: Matthew 10:26–33
"Do not be afraid... You are worth more than many sparrows." ✝️

Today's Gospel reminds us that God knows us deeply and cares for us completely. In moments of fear, uncertainty, and challenges, Jesus invites us to trust in God's loving providence. We are precious in His eyes, and He never abandons us.

As we celebrate Father's Day, we offer our heartfelt gratitude to all fathers and father figures whose love, sacrifices, and guidance reflect the goodness of our Heavenly Father. Thank you for being a source of strength, wisdom, and inspiration to your families.

Above all, we give praise and thanksgiving to our Almighty God, the greatest Father of all, for His endless love, mercy, and blessings.

πŸ™ Happy Father's Day! May God bless all fathers and families today and always.

πŸ’™βœ¨ OPENING BLOCK 2026 βœ¨πŸ’™

As one Rafaelan family, we concluded our Opening Block with the solemn celebration of the Mass of the Holy Spirit, entrusting the entire school year to God's loving guidance. Together, we prayed for the outpouring of the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spiritβ€”Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety, and Fear of the Lordβ€”so that we may grow in faith, character, and excellence throughout the year.

The Holy Mass also became a special moment as we witnessed the Blessing and Oath-Taking Ceremony of our PSA Officers, Class Representatives, and Area Coordinators, who pledged to serve with dedication, responsibility, and love for the Rafaelan community. May they be guided by the Holy Spirit as servant leaders and role models to their fellow pupils.

Following the Mass, pupils participated in the School Organizations Orientation, discovering various opportunities to develop their talents, leadership, spirituality, and sense of service through:

πŸ”Ή PEM (Pupils Eucharistic Movement)
β€’ Readers
β€’ Commentators
β€’ Choir
β€’ Altar Servers

πŸ”Ή Animadores
πŸ”Ή PCC (Pupils Coordinating Council)
πŸ”Ή News Publication
πŸ”Ή Majorette and DLC
πŸ”Ή BSP and GSP
πŸ”Ή Arts Club

May every Rafaelan find a place to serve, lead, create, and grow while living the values of St. Raphaela Mary.

πŸ™ Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love.

πŸ’™ Together, let us learn, lead, serve, and inspire for the greater glory of God.

🌟 SAINT OF THE DAY | June 19 🌟

Today, we honor St. Romuald, founder of the Camaldolese Monks and a model of prayer, silence, and deep faith in God.

St. Romuald reminds us that amidst the noise of the world, we can find God in moments of prayer, reflection, and trust. May his example inspire us to seek holiness in our daily lives and to draw closer to Christ through faith and love.

πŸ“– "Be still and know that I am God." β€” Psalm 46:10

πŸ™ St. Romuald, pray for us!

πŸ‡΅πŸ‡β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯ June 12, 2026 | Independence Day & Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus ❀️‍πŸ”₯πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

Today, we celebrate two meaningful occasions: Philippine Independence Day πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ and the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus ❀️‍πŸ”₯.
As we give thanks for the freedom of our nation, let us also remember the greatest freedom found in the loving Heart of Jesusβ€”a freedom to live in faith, hope, and love. πŸ™βœ¨

❀️‍πŸ”₯ What does the Sacred Heart symbolize? The Heart reminds us of Jesus' infinite love for all people. ❀️ The Flames symbolize His burning love and mercy. πŸ”₯ The Cross reminds us of His sacrifice for our salvation. ✝️ The Crown of Thorns represents the suffering He endured because of His great love for us. 🌹

πŸ“– "Learn from me, for I am gentle and humble of heart." (Matthew 11:29)

πŸ€” Reflection Question:
●How can I show love for God and love for my country through my words and actions each day?

πŸ™ Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
O Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, fountain of every blessing, I adore You, I love You, and with sorrow for my sins, I offer You my heart. Make me humble, patient, pure, and obedient to Your will. Protect me in danger, comfort me in my troubles, and bless my family, my school, and my country. Amen.

❀️‍πŸ”₯ Sacred Heart of Jesus, we trust in You! πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ God bless the Philippines!

πŸ“… FEAST DAY – JUNE 11

Today we honor Saint Barnabas, the Apostle known as the β€œSon of Encouragement.”
He was a faithful companion of St. Paul and a strong supporter of the early Church, helping others grow in faith through kindness, guidance, and encouragement.

✨ Reflection:
Like St. Barnabas, may we become instruments of encouragementβ€”choosing words that build up, not tear down, and helping others grow in faith and hope.

🀍 Reflection Questions:
What kind words can I say to make others feel loved and valued?

πŸ™ Short Prayer:
Saint Barnabas,
teach us to encourage others with love and kindness.
Help us to strengthen those who are weak in faith
and to remain faithful in serving God.
Amen.
