As your teenage years bid you goodbye, may this new chapter remind you that brighter days and endless opportunities await you ahead, because you deserve every bit of them. Thank you for becoming part of our lives and for allowing us to become part of yours. You treated us like family, so it’s only right for us to treat you as ours too. As the council's unofficial bunso (😝) comes with its daily reality: being teased for always making “𝙨𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙬” in every moment — jumping into conversations with your “Ako nga eh...” lines, and honestly, we've all just gone with the flow. But beyond that, you're someone people can truly rely on, proving there's more to you than just the chaos you bring. 🤸🏼

On March 18, 2026, the CTED–College Student Council formally presented its financial reports for Academic Year 2025–2026 to the Dean of the College of Teacher Education, Dr. Onward O. Ognita. The presentation was led by the re-elected Governor Meryl R. Novelo, together with the newly elected Vice Governor Jay Arche Vales, outgoing Treasurer Zairalyn Ramirez, outgoing Auditor Eloisa San Juan, and newly elected Treasurer John Michael Habla.

The report covered the council's full financial cycle for the academic year, documenting actual expenditures, funds released, and total budget utilization across both planned programs and unplanned student-led initiatives. All figures were supported with complete attachments, including accomplishment reports, resolutions, and liquidation documents, reflecting the council's adherence to proper process and documentation at every stage of fund management.

More than a requirement fulfilled, the presentation served as a clear record of how student funds were handled with care, tracked with consistency, and reported with accountability. It reflects a shared responsibility between outgoing and incoming officers to ensure that every peso entrusted to the council is accounted for, and every activity is backed by transparent and complete documentation.
