𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬! 🎓✨

𝗦𝗪𝗦𝗢 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿.

On May 15, 2026, the Social Work Students Organization (SWSO) held its Miting de Avance, featuring the official candidates running for office for the School Year 2026–2027. The program commenced with an inspiring and motivational opening address delivered by 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚 𝐁. 𝐉𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (Moderator, Social Work Students Organization Program Chairperson, Social Work and Human Services).

This activity marked not just the start of the election period, but also a formal introduction and presentation of the candidates to the student body. Following the opening remarks, each candidate delivered their campaign speeches, expressing their dedication, vision, and commitment to the positions they sought. An open forum was then conducted, allowing students to raise questions, clarify concerns, and engage with the candidates regarding their platforms and plans to encourage better student participation and engagement in the coming academic year.

The event concluded with the official election. Students cast their votes by writing their chosen candidates on ballots and placing them in the designated ballot boxes, which were tallied and verified by the officers of the Commission on Election. Afterwards, the newly elected officers for the upcoming school year were announced and administered the oath of office, formally entrusting them with their duties and responsibilities.

These students were thoroughly evaluated and selected by their fellow peers based on their proposed platforms, visionary speeches, and how they confidently articulated their plans and responded during the open forum.

Having earned the trust and confidence of the student body, these dedicated individuals are now chosen 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙, 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨, carrying the responsibility to uphold the core values of 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚, 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥.
