🗒️𝐌𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐒:
1. Open a design contest for Grade 12 Ateneo Senior High School students only.
2. Must incorporate elements representing Ateneo de Naga University and the Work Immersion
3. Must be original and unique.
4. The design should be suitable for professional and immersive work settings.
5. It must be a blue polo shirt (Ateneo brand color).
6. It must use the Ateneo de Naga brand colors.
7. It must not have an intricate design to avoid issues on polo shirt printing.
8. It must be simple and minimalist.
9. The logo of the Ateneo de Naga University will be presented as is and will not be modified.
10. The winner will be selected through a combination of two methods:
- Online voting by students via Google Forms, which will account for 40% of the total score.
- Votes from the school administration and the Work Immersion Coordinator will contribute the remaining 60% of the total score.
11. If there are 5 and above number of submissions, the administrator and the Work Immersion Coordinator will choose the top 5 that will be open for online voting to the Grade 12 students.
12. This means that not all submitted designs will be part of the judging process. Only the top 5 will be selected and will continue to the final part of the judging process.
13. Publication materials and announcement of the winning design will be posted through the official Work Immersion page, Work Immersion Google Classroom, and through email threads to the Grade 12 students.
14. Winning Design will be the official Work Immersion Polo Shirt for the upcoming immersion this SY 2024-2025 and may be used on the succeeding school year.

The winner will have a FREE work immersion polo shirt.
