: The Home of the Champions cheers with immense pride as it celebrates the multi-sport excellence and triumph of its elite pack of Tigers at the Palarong Pambansa 2026, held in Agusan del Sur from May 24–31, 2026, where they brought significant honor to the institution as part of the official delegation of the Bicol Region.

Pencak silat multi-medalist Novelyn A. Lacostale, a 12th-grade Sports Track student, proved her mastery of martial arts and combat sports once more during a competitive clash against the nation’s A-list athletes, earning a coveted bronze medal out of the 71 medals yielded by Region V.

Adding to the institution's victorious campaign, the Tigers Volleyball Boys and Athletics (Walkathon) teams also tallied commendable fifth and sixth-place national finishes, respectively.

In the volleyball arena, an 11-member roster from the Tigers Volleyball Boys demonstrated an exceptional showcase of agility and discipline on the hardcourt, which was mirrored perfectly in the oval tournament by the sheer endurance and strategic precision of walkathon competitor Sabrina Mendoza.

The NCF community likewise commends the dedication and sportsmanship of the entire contingent of Tigers whose representation cemented strong recognition for the region across various sporting events, including Volleyball Girls, Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Tennis, Table Tennis, Swimming, and Weightlifting.

As the Palarong Pambansa culminated with flying colors, the Tigers' student-athletes and coaches reaffirmed their position as one of the nation’s finest delegations, bound forever by brilliance, camaraderie, and integrity.

Targeting the enhancement of instructional capacities in alignment with contemporary curriculum reforms and assessment models, the Basic Education Department (BED) of Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) held a three-day In-Service Training (INSET) from May 14 to 16, 2026, in a strategic alliance with the Lasallian Schools Supervision Office (LASSO).

The INSET featured five esteemed LASSO supervisors and educators whose specialized discussions centered on the theme, “Strengthening Instructional Practice through Curriculum Reforms, Collaboration, and Assessment for Learning,” to equip faculty members with transformative pedagogical competencies.

Powered by an addendum to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte and NCF, the expansion marks the establishment of the third CNA training branch in the province of Camarines Norte, successfully scaling the program's provincial reach following its operational deployments in the municipalities of Daet and Labo propelled by the initial MOA sealed in May 2024.

The Home of the Champions stands in absolute awe of the brilliance, resilience, and unwavering dedication demonstrated by these Tigers, whose historic triumph propelled NCF to a stellar 50.00% passing rate for first-time takers and a 47.83% overall institutional performance—eclipsing the 30.83% national passing rate.

A snappy salute goes out to the entire community and the faculty of instruction of the College of Accountancy and Finance (CAF), led by Dean Lorence Aster B. Pellejera, for their unwavering support and commitment to the pursuit of excellence and prominence in the field of accountancy and finance.

(NCF) extends its warmest felicitations to the four stellar student-artists from the NCF Concert and Marching Band for successfully completing the prestigious 25th Philippine Youth Symphonic Band (PYSB) Summer Music Camp, held from May 8–17, 2026, at the Philippine High School for the Arts (PHSA), National Arts Center in Los Baños, Laguna.

The 10-day intensive musical camp immersed talented Tigers in a dynamic masterclass of harmonic tapestry and creative innovation.

Through a rigorous series of specialized workshops, collaborative performances, and advanced skill-building sessions, these young musicians sharpened their artistic expression, built immense performance confidence, and showcased the paramount discipline of Champions' artistry on the national arena.
