🥪🌿 𝗡𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲!

This little reel captures just a glimpse of the meaningful learning we shared during our Nutrition Month Celebration last July 31, 2026. It was a joyful day that reminded us that healthy eating and practical life skills go hand in hand. 💚

Inspired by this year's theme, "𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙩 𝙆𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣, 𝘼𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙖𝙣," our celebration highlighted the importance of making healthy food choices while caring for the environment. Through fun and engaging activities, our learners discovered that nourishing our bodies and protecting our planet go hand in hand, one healthy choice at a time. 🌱🍎

One of the highlights of the day was our 𝘚𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘸𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺, where learners explored the basic steps of preparing a healthy snack. More than learning a recipe, they developed a valuable new life skill—following instructions, practicing safe and proper food preparation, recognizing nutritious ingredients, and gaining confidence through hands-on learning. 🥪✨

Together with our dedicated teachers and ever-supportive parents, we celebrated the value of proper nutrition, environmental stewardship, and lifelong learning. Every smile, every new skill learned, and every shared experience reminds us that the lessons we teach today help shape healthier habits and brighter futures tomorrow. 💕🌿

𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐓 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐓𝐏𝐑

Last June 22, 2026, our teachers had the opportunity to learn from Teacher Cla, our invited Occupational Therapist, during a professional development session focused on understanding the role of occupational therapy in supporting learners.

The discussion provided practical insights into the different skills addressed through occupational therapy, such as fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, attention, self-care, and classroom participation. Teachers and staff also gained a better understanding of how these skills influence a child's learning and daily school experiences.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Teacher Cla for sharing her expertise and helping our educators broaden their knowledge in supporting diverse learners within the classroom.

At Apex, we remain committed to providing meaningful learning opportunities that help our teachers and staff grow professionally and better understand the unique needs of every learner.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀' 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀

Thank you to all our parents and guardians who joined our Parents' Orientation last June 13, 2026. Your presence and partnership play an important role in making this school year a meaningful and successful one for our learners.

During the orientation, we discussed the 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬, 𝘦𝘯𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰-𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘴, 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘋𝘦𝘱𝘌𝘥 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 on the three-term school year, grading system, awards and recognition, and other key updates for School Year 2026–2027.

We also concluded the session by welcoming our newly elected 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵-𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘈𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 (𝘗𝘛𝘈) 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘴, who will serve as valuable partners in strengthening the collaboration between our school and our families.
