The Brentwood Science Club offers students the chance to do science-related activities that extend and enhance the science they experience in the classroom. Each science club is different, as the club programme reflects the interests of the students, the club organizer and the facilities available. Most clubs use the opportunity to explore areas of science not covered by the curriculum and to give the club members plenty of opportunities to do practical science. Brentwood Science clubs can be a fun way of getting students involved in science through hands-on and practical investigation. In the field of Science, one’s abilities can be developed through one’s sense of awareness, creativeness and inventiveness. Along this line of thought, the Brentwood Science club was organized. It proposes to provide more information, opportunities and occasions for students to pursue and widen their interest in science in an informal situation and atmosphere. Given the proper guidance and direction, members explore the ever dynamic world of science. Young boys and girls’ intense curiosity will be challenged. Their scientific skills will be sharpened through the carefully prepared exposures offered by this club. This club hopes to turn boys and girls into young Brentwood students scientists.
