CAMPUS SAFETY AND SECURITY ADVISORY

September 25, 2026

The safety and welfare of the Mariners community remain our utmost priority.

In response to security-related information spreading online concerning educational institutions, the Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges, Inc. – Naga Campus is closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with the Naga City Government and concerned authorities.

Administrative offices and essential school operations shall continue as scheduled. Students, employees, and visitors entering the campus are expected to cooperate with security personnel and comply with established campus safety procedures.

As a precautionary measure, all classes shall shift to asynchronous learning effective today, September 25, 2026, until further notice. Faculty are advised to coordinate instructions, upload learning materials, and post academic requirements through official class communication channels.

The school also reminds everyone to remain alert and report any suspicious activity, threat, or safety concern through the proper school channels. Please refrain from sharing unverified reports or information online and rely only on official school announcements for updates.

The administration will continue to monitor developments and will issue further advisories should there be changes to class arrangements or campus operations.

We ask everyone to remain calm, responsible, and cooperative as we work together to maintain a safe environment for the entire Mariners community.

The Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Foundation of Canaman (MPCF-Canaman) and Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges, Inc. – Naga (MPCI-Naga) come together for the WURI Champions’ Innovation Bridge, a mentoring workshop focused on sharing proven innovations, strengthening institutional readiness, and advancing Bicolano higher education toward global impact.

The Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Band, Majorettes, and NROTC Unit proudly took part in the 16th Bicol Regional Military Parade Exhibition as special participants in a non-competing capacity.

With discipline, unity, dedication, and pride, our Band, Majorettes, and NROTC Unit showcased their commitment to excellence and their readiness to represent the institution with distinction. Their participation reflected the values of teamwork, discipline, coordination, and responsibility throughout the event.

More than a parade, their participation was an opportunity to demonstrate dedication, camaraderie, and exemplary performance, contributing to the success and vibrancy of this significant regional event.

Congratulations to our Band, Majorettes, and NROTC Unit with marching cadets for your remarkable participation! Your dedication and performance have truly made the institution proud.
