NCLEC consists of accomplished women from sectors of business, law enforcement, military, education, and finance.

In line with the "National Reading Month" celebration with the Theme: "Pagbasa, Pag-asa sa Matatag na Kinabukasan", NCEC President Kuya Seth Aguinillo, represented by Kuya Jun Iriola and NCLEC President, Ate Ludi Iriola, were invited to grace the Declamation Contest as judges at NCEC/NCLEC adopted school, Rosario V. Maramba Elementary School, San Felipe, Naga City.
