Ngayong Hunyo 12, 2025, ang City College of Naga ay buong puso at dangal na nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng ika-127 Araw ng Kalayaan.
Muli nating alalahanin ang sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani at patuloy na isabuhay ang diwa ng kalayaan sa bawat hakbang tungo sa mas maliwanag na kinabukasan.

Bakit Nakakamatay ang Mpox?
Karamihan ng kaso ng Mpox ay mild at gumagaling naman.
Pero delikado ito para sa:
• Mga taong mahina ang immune system (tulad ng may HIV, cancer, o umiinom ng immunosuppressants)
• Mga bata, lalo na under 8 years old
• Mga buntis

⚠️ Mga Dahilan Kung Bakit Maaaring Ikamatay ang Mpox:
1. Malalang Impeksyon at Pinsala sa Organs
– Kapag kumalat ang virus sa loob ng katawan, maaaring tamaan ang baga, atay, o utak.
2. Secondary Bacterial Infection
– Pwedeng pasukin ng bacteria ang mga sugat, at magdulot ng sepsis (matinding impeksyon sa dugo).
3. Problema sa Paghinga
– Kapag may mga lesions sa loob ng lalamunan o baga, pwedeng mahirapang huminga o magkaroon ng pneumonia.
4. Encephalitis (Pamamaga ng Utak)
– Rare pero seryoso. Maaaring magdulot ng seizures, coma, o kamatayan.
5. Matinding Pagkadehydrated o Malnutrition
– Kapag masakit ang lalamunan o bibig dahil sa mga lesions, nahihirapan kumain o uminom, lalo na ang mga bata.

📊 Gaano Kadalas ang Namamatay?
• Clade I (Central Africa strain) – hanggang 10% fatality rate
• Clade II (West Africa strain) – mas mild, less than 1% fatality
Ang karamihan sa mga kaso ngayon ay mula sa Clade II, pero panganib pa rin ito sa mga high-risk na pasyente.

Hello, Future Midwives!

The City College of Naga announces the start of admissions for the academic year 2025-2026. The Entrance Exam Registration will begin today, December 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024.

STEPS FOR APPLICATION
1.Register online. Link can be found at www.facebook.com/guidanceccn and attach your exam requirement
2. Wait for a text message regarding your exam schedule. Exam will run from February 10 to March 28, 2025.
3. Make sure to come on your scheduled date and time of examination.
4. On the day of your exam, bring a valid ID and pen or pencil.

EXAM REQUIREMENTS
*Grade 12 and ALS Student - S/Y 2024-2025 School ID or proof of enrollment
*SHS Graduate who did not go to college yet - Grade 12 Form 138
*College Undergraduate - grade summary from last semester in college
*High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) - 4th Year High School Form 138
*For ALS Graduate - ALS result with remarks “Eligible for College”
