For 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙖 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙀𝙗𝙞𝙤, a fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology student, leadership goes far beyond titles, ambition, and willingness—it is a commitment that demands time, sacrifice, and resilience. Throughout her journey as a student leader, she learned that meaningful leadership often comes with exhaustion, criticism, and difficult decisions, yet it is also where growth happens. Through organizing large-scale initiatives, navigating challenges within organizations, and learning from both successes and setbacks, she discovered the value of reflection, perseverance, and service. Guided by the belief that leadership requires giving a part of yourself for others, Helena continues to inspire fellow students to embrace challenges, learn from every experience, and find purpose in serving something greater than themselves.

Nawa’y magwagi ang mga kulay na bumubuo sa iyo—ang mga kulay ng pagmamahal, katapangan, pag-asa, at pagiging totoo sa sarili.

Mahal ka namin sa bawat lilim ng iyong pagkatao. Sa mga bahaging handa mong ipakita at sa mga bahaging pinoprotektahan mo pa.

“𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗼𝘀.”

For 𝙅𝙤𝙣𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication, leadership is not measured by titles or recognition, but by the lives touched through service. Throughout her four years of serving the student body, she remained committed to creating meaningful experiences for students while inspiring others to continue the work of leadership. Guided by organization, positivity, and a strong sense of purpose, Jona learned to overcome burnout by always returning to her “why”—the reason she chose to serve in the first place. As she prepares to leave the halls of USI, she hopes her legacy lives on through the students she inspired, the leaders who will continue the journey, and the simple reminder to always move forward: padagos.

From a student who once hesitated to step up to a leader who embraced accountability, service, and growth, 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡 𝘼𝙣𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘿. 𝙍𝙚𝙮𝙚𝙨, a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English student, exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose and compassion. Throughout her journey, she learned to transform mistakes into lessons, criticisms into opportunities for growth, and challenges into motivation to keep moving forward. Guided by faith, kindness, and a genuine commitment to serving others, she reminds fellow students that leadership is not about being fearless—it is about choosing to step up despite fear. As she continues her journey toward becoming a future educator, Angel leaves behind a legacy grounded in accountability, understanding, and a simple yet powerful question: “If not me, then who? If not now, then when?”
