๐A Journey Through Mental Health ๐ง
Last October 24, 2025, the Saint Joseph Schoolโs Grade 11 students facilitated a talk on Mental health and Mental Disorders as part of their culminating task in Personal Development.
The talk, led by Ms. Redfranz P. Aliliran, helped students journey into the discussion of mental health and the importance of learning these concepts to raise awareness not only among their peers, but, most especially, within themselves. The event served as both an eye-opener and a pause to remind our young adolescents that are transitioning to adulthood that their mental well-being also matters.
Through this talk, the Grade 11 students were given a chance to reflect, ponder, and understand the importance of caring for your mental health.
Just as we worry about our physical health, our minds also deserve the same care and assurance. Always rememberโhope is around, and you matter.๐โจ

Learning Beyond the Classroom ๐โจ
On October 15, 2025, our Grade 12 ABM and HUMSS students visited the Consuelo โChitoโ Madrigal Foundation Bikol, continuing Doรฑa Chito Madrigalโs legacy of compassion and empowerment. ๐
They explored the foundationโs programs, gaining insights on sustaining a mission-driven organization. The visit highlighted the value of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and strategic decision-making for ABM students under BESR, while HUMSS students under DIASS learned how social institutions and advocacy can create meaningful change in communities.
