The 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 successfully conducted the 1‑Day Seminar on 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗥 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀” last 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 15, 2025, at the MTV Hall Lobby, Naga College Foundation Main. With the theme “𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑯𝑹 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔: 𝑯𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑾𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒕,” the event brought together BSBA Human Resource Management students from all year levels to strengthen their competencies in ethical hiring practices, professionalism, and behavioral values.

This initiative served as a strategic platform to bridge academic learning with real-world HR hiring practices. Emphasizing the values of integrity and professionalism, work ethic, and accountability, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the speaker, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, in delivering interactive discussions and practical exercises throughout the seminar.
