Meet our next model: Robert Angelo Gerna, an incoming 3rd Year student who brings bold confidence and effortless flair to the ๐‘ฉ๐‘บ๐‘ฉ๐‘จ ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’‹๐’๐’“ ๐’Š๐’ ๐‘ฏ๐’–๐’Ž๐’‚๐’ ๐‘น๐’†๐’”๐’๐’–๐’“๐’„๐’† ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’๐’‚๐’ˆ๐’†๐’Ž๐’†๐’๐’• community of ๐๐š๐ ๐š ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ž ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ˆ๐ง๐œ.

From his statement red tie to his sharp look, Robert proves that modern HR isn't just about businessโ€”itโ€™s about character, communication, and presence.

According to Robert:
"HR shaped the way I present myselfโ€”with how I dress, how I communicate, and how I live. Lead with style, show up empowered, and believe you are deserving of every room you walk into. Leadership is about partnership. To lead is to also listen, thatโ€™s why the best HR professionals are the ones who learned to listen."

True leadership starts with how you show up and how well you listen to others. In Human Resource Management, we celebrate individuality, personal style, and continuous growth as we train the next generation of HR leaders.

Take the first step toward success. Enrollment is ongoing. Join us and be one of us! ๐Ÿฉท
