Please be informed that there will be no office transactions on August 7 and 8, 2025 (Thursday and Friday) pursuant to Administrative Memorandum No. 231, s. 2025, to give way to the conduct of the ๐๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ.
Regular office operations will resume on August 11, 2025 (Monday).

To all BISCAST Employees, Students and Other Stakeholders:
As of 8:00 AM today, 23 July 2025, Tropical Depression โDANTEโ has developed into a Tropical Storm, while LPA 07h inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has intensified into Tropical Depression โEMONG.โ Another system, LPA 07i, currently outside PAR, is also being closely monitored with a high chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours, according to DOST-PAGASA.
In view of these developments and the potential risks to participant safety, all scheduled events for tomorrow are hereby cancelled or postponed until further notice.
We are also awaiting the official city advisory on possible work suspension and will provide further updates as soon as available.
We strongly urge everyone to remain alert and to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA and official government channels.

Per BISCAST DRRM Advisory No. 7-02, Series of 2025
To all BISCAST Employees:
In adherence to Memorandum Circular No. 90 issued by the Office of the President on 22 July 2025, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) due to the continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon, BISCAST will follow the said directive.
Accordingly, classes at all levels and work in BISCAST are suspended on 23 July 2025 (Wednesday).
As a precautionary measure, all employees are strongly advised to secure important documents, equipment, and materials by transferring them to elevated or safe areas to prevent potential damage caused by flooding or water seepage.
For any emergency or urgent concerns, please coordinate with
the BISCAST DRRM Team.
