Above all, I give my deepest gratitude to Almighty God for His grace, guidance, strength, and countless blessings throughout this journey. Through every challenge and every success, His presence gave us the wisdom, courage, and strength to move forward and bring IRConTECS 5 to a meaningful and successful conclusion. 🙏🌹
With a grateful heart, I extend my sincerest thanks to everyone who became part of the successful IRConTECS 5, held on August 14–16, 2026, at the University of Nueva Caceres (UNC), Naga City.
Serving as the Convener and Overall Chairperson has been both an honor and a meaningful journey. Seeing IRConTECS 5 come to life would not have been possible without the people and institutions who believed in its purpose and generously shared their time, talents, and support.
My heartfelt gratitude goes to Prof. Charlie P. Nacario, SUC President II of BISCAST, for his trust and unwavering support in making this conference possible. To our Steering Committee and Working Committees, thank you for working tirelessly behind the scenes. Every contribution, big or small, played an important part in the success of this conference, and I am truly grateful for your dedication and teamwork.
I am equally grateful to our Co-Host Institutions and Organizations and their leaders: University of Nueva Caceres (UNC), led by President Dr. Fay Lea Patria M. Lauraya; Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC), led by President Jameson H. Tan, EdD, CESE; Marikina Polytechnic College (MPC), led by President Rene M. Colocar; International Organization of Educators and Researchers (IOER), Inc., Indonesia, through Dr. Marites D. Olea, who provides us one of our plenary speakers, Dr. Parama Kundu, from India; and Bicol Global Extension Network (BiGEN), through Dr. Marcia Corazon P. Rico. Thank you for believing in IRConTECS and for strengthening the spirit of collaboration that brought us together. Special thanks to UNC for welcoming us warmly and for being a wonderful home for this year's conference.

As I look back on my almost five-year journey as Convener and Overall Chairperson of IRConTECS, my heart is filled with gratitude. There were challenges along the way, but there were also friendships formed, partnerships strengthened, lessons learned, and memories that I will always treasure.
To everyone who walked this journey with us, thank you from the bottom of my heart. IRConTECS 5 was a success because of all of you. This achievement belongs to all of us.
And once again, to God be all the glory for making everything possible.
