BUILDING DISCIPLINE, RESPONSIBILITY, AND ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
The Naga College Foundation, Inc. โ College of Criminal Justice Education (NCF-CCJE) conducted an Academic Policy and Discipline Formation Session designed to strengthen studentsโ understanding of academic expectations, institutional policies, responsibilities, and proper conduct as members of the NCF-CCJE community.
The activity provided an avenue for students to gain a clearer understanding of the academic policies and regulations that govern their college experience. It also emphasized the importance of discipline, accountability, respect, integrity, and responsible behaviorโvalues that are essential not only for academic success but also for their future careers as criminology professionals.
The Discussion on Academic Policy, led by Atty. Alden B. Galido, Program Chair, highlighted the importance of knowing and understanding institutional policies. Students were reminded that academic policies are established not merely as rules to follow, but as guidelines that promote fairness, responsibility, order, and excellence within the academic community.
Adding a strong emphasis on character development was the Discipline Formation Session facilitated by Mr. Herbert T. Cezar, CCJE Faculty. The session reinforced the importance of self-discipline, proper decorum, respect for others, accountability for one's actions, and adherence to institutional standards.
The program was also graced by the welcome message of Dr. Marilyn F. Balarรฉs, RCrim., Dean-CCJE/AVP for Tertiary, whose leadership continues to inspire students to pursue academic excellence while developing the values expected of future criminology professionals.
As students journey through their college years, they are reminded that academic success is not measured by grades alone. It is also reflected in character, discipline, responsibility, and the ability to uphold what is right.
To our CCJE students: Know the policies. Respect the rules. Practice discipline. Take responsibility. Uphold integrity.
Every lesson learned, every responsibility accepted, and every discipline practiced today contributes to the professional you will become tomorrow.
Be academically excellent. Be professionally prepared. Be disciplined. Be a person of integrity.
NCF-CCJE โ Forming Competent, Disciplined, and Responsible Future Criminology Professionals.
