Drop by at AMS 110-111 (Guidance Center) and together lets inspire and be inspired by each other's stories of hope and resilience through arts and letters. The office is open during office hours (except lunch break). Don't forget to bring your friends, too. 💚💜

This Su***de Prevention Month, the UNC Guidance Center invites you to join the 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻—a movement celebrating resilience, hope, and the beautiful continuation of life. Mental health is a journey we shouldn't have to walk alone. This campaign isn't just about raising awareness; it's about building a genuine, inclusive community where every UNCean feels safe, supported, and seen.

This event will run asynchronously. Drop by the UNC College Guidance Center anytime during the campaign dates and choose how you'd like to share your light. You can participate in either of these two activities:

🎨 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆: 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 - Express your journey and the things that keep you going through art and color.
📝 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗔𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 - Share your story, leave an encouraging message, and read the inspiring words left by your fellow students.

2️⃣ Fill Out the Individual Dialogue Form
