Peer Facilitators Program Selection & Screening Process Academic Year 2026–2027

Please read the instructions below carefully to prepare for your screening schedule. Screening Schedule & Location
• Dates: August 13 and 14, 2026 (Thursday – Friday)
• Time: Venue: Care Center (SHS Guidance Office, 2nd Flr .Roco Building)

Instructions for Applicants
1. Know Your Schedule
• Check the posted screening list at the Guidance Office bulletin board / official page to verify your designated date and time slot.
• Arrive at the Guidance Office at least 10 minutes before your scheduled slot.
2. Attire & Appearance
• Wear your complete school uniform and school ID.
• Present yourself neatly and professionally.
3. Interview Preparation
• Be prepared to share your motivations for joining the program, your leadership experience, and how you handle student-related scenarios.
• The screening will consist of two parts: 1. Brief Written/Self-Assessment (10–15 minutes)
2. Individual / Panel Interview with the Guidance Counselor (15–20 minutes)

Important Note: Strict observance of your assigned schedule is required. Applicants who miss their assigned slot without prior notice to the Guidance Office will be rescheduled only if slots remain available.
For any questions or clarification regarding your screening slot, please visit the Guidance Office or send a message to the Guidance Coordinator. We look forward to meeting our future student leaders!

To all applicants of H.E.A.R.T. of CamHi (HaySkulanos Empowering, Assisting and Reaching Together),

Please be informed that the Peer Facilitator Interview has been rescheduled to give everyone the opportunity to focus on their Summative Tests.

📚 Your academics come first, and we want you to perform your best during this important assessment period.

📅 The new interview schedule will be on August 11 -13, 2026. Please stay tuned to this page for further updates.
