𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: The NCF Student Accounts confirmed today, November 19, 2025, that the application for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) for the academic year 2025-2026 has been re-extended until November 29, 2025.

According to the official website of the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST), TES is a "grant-in-aid program that supports the full or partial cost of tertiary education of priority students in SUCs, CHED recognized LUCs and private higher education institutions (HEIs)."

Head over to the MTV Event Center to meet the innovative Nagueños as they search for the next wave of innovation pioneers.

The S²Cities Naga promotes and facilitates "youth-driven action for safer urban environments" through the Youth Innovation Fellowship Program.
The program offers mentorship sessions for fellows on "placemaking, youth urban safety, participatory action research, and project management," thereby providing the necessary assistance for them to "fully develop their innovations."

This year's fellowship program seeks to generate breakthroughs that will "reimagine public spaces as safe zones," creating innovations to make these areas "more inclusive, accessible, and welcoming," while actively promoting "mental health, well-being, and lifestyles through creative use of space."
