The fourth year social work students presented their first Case Presentation for Social Work Practice with Individuals as a Student Affiliates through the guidance and mentoring of their Agency Supervisors and some members of the Social Work Faculty.

The Student Affiliates presented their cases based on the Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills and Values (KASV) of the Social Work Profession and their experiences in the Field Practice.

𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗝𝗨𝗡𝗘 𝟭𝟵 𝗢𝗙 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗦 '𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗦' 𝗗𝗔𝗬

Section 9, Article II of the Constitution declares it a policy of the state to promote a just and dynamic social order that will ensure the prosperity and independence of the nation and free the people from poverty through policies that will provide adequate social services.

Whereas, the State recognizes the indispensable role of social workers and their invaluable contribution to nation-building, especially in the implementation of the social protection initiatives of the government

Whereas, President Rodrigo Duterte has signed a proclamation to recognize the “indispensable role” of social workers in nation-building

Whereas, Republic Act (RA) No. 4373 or An Act to Regulate the Practice of Social Work and the Operation of Social Work Agencies in the Philippines and for Other Purposes" was enacted on June 19, 1965.
