Unlike the previous food and non-food selling activity that focused on product selling and quota attainment, this activity allowed students to experience actual service operations, customer interaction, and service delivery in professional settings.

Through this meaningful experience, the students developed their communication, professionalism, teamwork, adaptability, and customer service skills while gaining deeper knowledge and understanding of the service industry.
