At Queen of Peace Child Development Center, our Kindergarten pupils begin their day with a short reading activity before their morning exercises and lessons.

Reading helps children develop their language skills, enrich their vocabulary, strengthen their imagination, and prepare their minds for learning. After reading, they participate in fun exercises that energize their bodies and get them ready for a productive day in school.

By combining reading and physical activity, we nurture the holistic development of our learners—helping them grow intellectually, physically, socially, and spiritually.

First Month Opening Mass and Thanksgiving Celebration
June 18, 2026

With grateful hearts, the Compassionate Franciscan Sisters of the Poor, Inc. and Queen of Peace Child Development Center community gathered for the First Month Opening Mass and Thanksgiving Celebration on June 18, 2026.

The celebration was attended by our beloved Sisters, dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and enthusiastic students. Together, we offered prayers of thanksgiving to God for His countless blessings, guidance, protection, and love as we continue our journey of learning, faith formation, and service.

May this school year be filled with wisdom, compassion, unity, and peace as we grow academically, spiritually, and morally. We thank everyone who joined this meaningful Eucharistic celebration and entrusted the school community to God's loving care.

🇵🇭 Happy Independence Day! 🇵🇭

In celebration of Philippine Independence Day, our Nursery pupils participated in fun and meaningful learning activities!

Our little learners enjoyed coloring the sun and stars of the Philippine flag, creating designs using blue and red cut-out papers, and practicing tracing their names. Through these activities, they discovered the meaning of our national flag’s colors and symbols while enhancing their creativity, focus, and fine motor skills.

We are proud of our young patriots for their amazing work and enthusiasm!
May they continue to grow with love, respect, and pride for our country. 🇵🇭

Growing Together in Faith, Learning, and Service

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated PTA Officers, headed by PTA President Arlene Belano, together with the rest of the officers, for their hard work, cooperation, and commitment in establishing the **Mini Vegetable Garden** for the children of Queen of Peace Child Development Center.

Through teamwork and service, we are creating a meaningful learning environment where our young learners can appreciate the value of gardening, responsibility, healthy living, and caring for God's creation. This project is more than just planting vegetables—it is about nurturing faith, building community, and teaching stewardship and cooperation.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our Admin Sisters for their guidance, support, and encouragement in making this project possible.

May God continue to bless all our PTA Officers, parents, volunteers, and partners in education. Together, we are nurturing not only plants but also the hearts and minds of our children, planting seeds today for a brighter, greener, and more faith-filled tomorrow.

The Queen of Peace Parents’ Orientation was successfully conducted today together with the election of the new PTA Officers for the School Year 2026–2027.

During the orientation, important matters concerning the school and students were thoroughly discussed, including the student handbook, feeding program, school policies, rules and regulations, academic expectations, and other important reminders for parents and guardians. The meeting served as a meaningful opportunity to strengthen the partnership between the school and the families in guiding our learners toward a better future.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected PTA Officers! 🎉 May your leadership, dedication, and commitment help strengthen unity, cooperation, and support within our school community.
