The Department of Education is one with our nation in the observance of the World AIDS Day 2021 Campaign starting today, December 1, until December 15, 2021.

This year's theme, "Ending the HIV Epidemic: Equitable Access, Everyone's Voice," highlights the urgent need to end the inequalities that drive AIDS and other pandemics around the world.

With this, DepEd, through the Bureau of Learner Support Services - School Health Division (BLSS-SHD), will conduct Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) promotion activities to strengthen its campaign on teenage pregnancy and HIV/AIDS.

1. Entries can be submitted by an individual or team. Teams of 1-3 students. Each student must submit an application with team name and names of the members. All individuals/team members must be bonafide students of Tinago National High School. A team’s prize must be split equally by the team members.

2. Video may be up to 30-35 seconds TikTok videos.

3. Video must use the jingle provided by the Philippine Council on Women. They can choose either the Tsong, Tsong, Sitsiritsit, or P.T.B.U Jingle.

4. Student(s) may use a smart phone to film the video and must be vertical format for TikTok.

5. Videos must be live action or animation, no PowerPoint slides.

6. Multiple video submissions are allowed but only one submission per entrant may win a prize.

7. Music can be downloaded via Tiktok or via TNHS Gender and Development Office

8. Videos must be submitted via FB Messenger of TNHS Gender and Development Office

9. Students must comply with the Terms of Service of TikTok, which provides that in order to access or use the services the person must be 13 years or older, cannot make available material which is defamatory to any person, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful, racist, discriminatory, or inflammatory: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service?lang=en
