As we celebrate plant appreciation day, here is an example of a plant that can make us in awe— 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗺. 🌸

Commonly known as 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘨, this plant transforms into delicate pink petals yearly and becomes reminiscent of cherry blossoms found in Japan. Although not considered as true cherry blossoms, its beauty is still a sight to behold.

Remember that everyday we must appreciate plants by cultivating, protecting, and preserving their true glory. So, hug a plant, thank a tree, and spread the green cheer! 🌳

IT’S A WRAP — Project L.U.P.A. 🌱✨ (3/3)

From knowledge to community action, what started as a classroom lesson has grown into a meaningful experience beyond its walls. Project L.U.P.A. (Learning and Understanding Parasites and Pathogen through Awareness and Action) has successfully reached the community—bringing awareness on parasites and pathogens, and promoting simple yet impactful health practices that help protect and empower public health.

Through interactive discussions, games, and demonstrations, we were able to share knowledge on soil-transmitted parasites, proper hygiene, and disease prevention. More importantly, this initiative showed that even the simplest practices—like handwashing and wearing footwear—can make a lasting difference in the well-being of a community.

IT’S A WRAP — Project L.U.P.A. 🌱✨ (2/3)

From knowledge to community action, what started as a classroom lesson has grown into a meaningful experience beyond its walls. Project L.U.P.A. (Learning and Understanding Parasites and Pathogen through Awareness and Action) has successfully reached the community—bringing awareness on parasites and pathogens, and promoting simple yet impactful health practices that help protect and empower public health.

Through interactive discussions, games, and demonstrations, we were able to share knowledge on soil-transmitted parasites, proper hygiene, and disease prevention. More importantly, this initiative showed that even the simplest practices—like handwashing and wearing footwear—can make a lasting difference in the well-being of a community.
