Last August 1, 2026, the Intermediate Council of Officers (ICO) gathered for a meaningful Leadership Training Seminar anchored on the theme:

โ€œ๐น๐‘–๐‘‘๐‘’๐‘™๐‘–๐‘ : ๐ฟ๐‘’๐‘Ž๐‘‘๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” ๐‘ค๐‘–๐‘กโ„Ž ๐น๐‘Ž๐‘–๐‘กโ„Ž, ๐‘†๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘ฃ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” ๐‘ค๐‘–๐‘กโ„Ž ๐‘Ž ๐ฝ๐‘œ๐‘ ๐‘’๐‘โ„Ž๐‘–๐‘Ž๐‘› ๐ป๐‘’๐‘Ž๐‘Ÿ๐‘กโ€.

As they start the month right with leadership at heart, the training provided our young leaders with opportunities to learn, reflect, collaborate, and strengthen the values and skills needed to become responsible and effective leaders.

A key message emphasized by our Mme. Principal was simple yet powerful: โ€œLeadership is service.โ€ True leadership goes beyond holding a position. It means being willing to listen, take responsibility, help others, and use oneโ€™s gifts for the good of the community.

May our ICO officers continue to grow as faith-filled and service-oriented Josephian leaders, leading not only with confidence, but with the SWITCH values and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Our Intermediate pupils started the day with the ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‡๐จ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐’๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ, entrusting the school year to God's loving guidance. They then shared moments of joy and connection during ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ ๐“๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฉ๐ฒ, strengthening friendships beyond their own classrooms.

To conclude the celebration, the Intermediate Department officially launched its ๐€๐ง๐ญ๐ข-๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐ข๐ ๐ง through interactive classroom activities, reminding every Josephian that a safe, kind, and respectful community is where everyone grows and thrives.
