Our recently concluded Contract of Service and Part-Time Instructor Orientation and Reorientation, spearheaded by the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), served as a venue to strengthen awareness on professional conduct, legal responsibilities, and institutional policies.

As part of our regular semestral institutional practice, this activity is conducted every semester to ensure that all COS and Part-Time personnel remain properly guided, well-informed, and aligned with the standards and expectations of the College.

From workplace respect and Anti-Sexual Harassment Awareness to the Anti-Bastos Law, Contract Provisions, Data Privacy Compliance, Safety and Emergency Procedures, and Financial concerns, the session emphasized both compliance and care because a safe, respectful, and well-informed workplace benefits everyone.
