Announcement

1. Grade 7 entrants shall register online from January 25, 2025 to February 15, 2025 through this link: https://bit.ly/CSNHSEarlyRegistration2025-2026 or proceed to the Registrar’s Office for In-person registration.

2. Those who intend to enroll in the Special Curricular Programs (SPSTE, SPA, SPS, SPTVE, SPFL and SPJ), will also register on the same date and the same link (Jan. 25 to Feb. 15).

In-person submission of documentary requirements to the Guidance Office is on February 10 to April 26, 2025.

The documentary requirements to be submitted are the following:
a. Printed copy of the Online Registration Confirmation.
b. Certified Photocopy of SF9-ES (Learner’s Progress Report Card) with 1st and 2nd quarter grades.
c. 2 copies of 1x1 picture (green background with name tag).
d. Accomplished Application Form from the Guidance Office upon submission of complete documentary requirements.
e. Certification/ or proof of involvement in any sports or competition (SPS).
f. Certificate of Good Moral Character (SPSTE).
g. E-Portfolio containing learners work/accomplishments in Science/Mathematics.

GRADE 11
3. Grade 10 learners who intend to stay in the school for Senior High School shall accomplish the Preference Slip for distribution on January 20 to 24, 2025 during Room-to-Room Orientation and Accomplishing of Preference Slip.

4. Learners who did not choose Camarines Sur National High School as their first choice for SHS and/or failed to submit the Preference Slip/ Registration Form on February 10, 2025 shall be automatically removed from the enrolment list for SY 2025-2026.

5. Non-submission of Preference Slip is an indication that the learner is moving-out to another school.
