Simulation Exercise done ✅

Our PHFS323 class (Negotiations in Contemporary Diplomacy) conducted a negotiation simulation of the Philippine-China Oil and Gas Exploration Agreement.

But for this year, we actually conducted two sessions of the simulation exercise:
May 6: 1st round of negotiations
May 13: 2nd round negotiations

After the 2nd round, both delegations were able to discuss all provisions of the agreement albeit two provisions remain open for changes.

In this class, students get a "feel" of how negotiations are conducted, from preparationa to having a final text of an agreement.

To make it more fun, realistic and immersive, all students are required to wear business attire / national attire as they represent the countries assigned to them.
