𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

We are pleased to formally announce the institutional approval and ratification of the resolution appointing the Departmental Council Officers for Academic Year 2025-2026.

This resolution affirms the official designation of student leaders who shall uphold the values of excellence, service, and integrity within the department. Their appointments signify a commitment to representation, collaboration, and proactive leadership across all academic and co-curricular endeavors.

The appointments have undergone endorsement by their respective deans and a comprehensive review by the Commission on Appointments. With this approval, the confirmed appointees are now authorized to assume their official duties.

𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟮𝟮𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦!

The Student Congress serves as the unified voice of the students, empowered to propose resolutions and policies that address the concerns of the UNCean student body.

In line with this, the theme of the 22nd Student Congress, "𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬," aims to encourage the students to express their thoughts and raise their concerns and transform these into resolutions that foster a safe and inclusive environment. The representatives ensure that every student feels acknowledged and supported.

The Student Congress has officially elected officers to serve this upcoming academic year. Student representatives are ready to address university-wide issues by developing resolutions and amplifying student voices.

Resolution Confirming the Appointees of the USG President for the Different College Councils has been approved.

This resolution aims to officially confirm and endorse the nominees/appointees chosen by the USG President for various positions within the university.

This resolution includes the appointment of officers by the USG President from specific colleges mentioned below, endorsement by respective deans, and thorough review by the Commission on Appointments.

The resolution concludes by confirming the nominees/appointees for the academic year 2024-2025 and may hold office.
