𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | BISCAST - Red Cross Youth Council partake in 1st Institution Assembly and Investure Ceremony held at University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) on July 15, 2025.

The event, organized by Red Cross Youth - Camarines Sur Chapter, invited all RCY Officers and Advisers around Camarines Sur.

“𝙰𝚕𝚠𝚊𝚢𝚜 𝙵𝚒𝚛𝚜𝚝, 𝙰𝚕𝚠𝚊𝚢𝚜 𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚢, 𝙰𝚕𝚠𝚊𝚢𝚜 𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎.”

On September 13, 2024, the BISCAST Red Cross Youth Council alongside other volunteer councils and groups from the Philippine Red Cross Camarines Sur Chapter, proudly took part in the 𝙋𝙚ñ𝙖𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙣. Stationed along San Jose Street, Peñafrancia Avenue, the 𝘽𝙄𝙎𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙏 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 played a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the devotees. Through their vigilance, they provided essential first aid services to those in need.
Their dedication and compassion in serving others were evident in their efforts throughout the event.
