Just as every adventure in Equestria begins with friendship, ๐๐๐ก๐๐ง๐: ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ successfully brought together the newly elected SIRANG officers for a day of learning, collaboration, and meaningful connections. ๐
The program commenced with an inspiring session led by ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฆ.๐ฌ. 2025โ2026 ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐, ๐ ๐. ๐๐ผ๐น๐ฎ ๐ฌ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฎรฑ๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฎ, who shared her journey as a SIRANG member and officer. Inspired by her story, the newly elected officers reflected on and shared their personal goals, aspirations for the team, and hopes for the organization. This was followed by a brief orientation on project proposal writing, after which the officers presented the advocacies and projects they envision for the SIRANG scholar community. ๐
The afternoon was then filled with engaging team-building activities facilitated by ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ต ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ผ and ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐น ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ผ of Ateneo de Naga University. Through every challenge, conversation, and shared laughter, the officers strengthened their camaraderie, deepened their trust in one another, and discovered that the foundation of effective leadership lies in unity and genuine connection.โ
