Four years ago, a new chapter in life began; brave souls conquered the doubts and uncertainties that this chapter brought and embraced the untold stories of each college dreamers, the years of adversity, perseverance, and patience. Despite the past years turning out to be one of the most difficult years of a student's life, it is nonetheless a period that everyone will remember. A successful season over the forthcoming extraordinarily difficult days!

To the Class of 2022, in your success in the midst of a global pandemic, your life was undoubtedly impacted. There was certainly more anxiousness but you were tougher and more resilient in spite of the adversities. After pouring yourself to the test under all circumstances, you have become robust learners as you have transcended the unimaginable and forged ahead.

For a short recap, the creatives were tasked to create a promotional digital poster that can be used as publication material to help CBE in attracting new students. The entries shall be judged with the criteria as follows:

Concept and the content (40%)
Creativity (20%)
Originality (20%)
Neatness (20%)

After a grueling elimination and quarterfinals round, three (3) teams emerged to the victorious end. What a fantastic and exhilarating journey!

The CBE Days of Ease Mobile Legends Online Tournament was a success! A lot of CBE students participated, witnessing each intense battle, but the best teams already earned the top spots.

Because we all deserve a break, the USI-CBE family celebrated another year of fruitful academic hardwork through a series of activities which illuminated and celebrated the students’ right character and exceptional skills as a learner and as an individual. They are likewise joined by the outstanding Guest Speaker, Mr. Allen Cledera, who taught them financial life skills.

In behalf of the HMSO, LBS, and MAPSO, thank you to the College of Business and Entrepreneurship students and faculty for embracing a laid-back, but productive day with us yesterday, May 15, 2022.

We are nearing to ending another semester. Thus, may we always choose to celebrate our days with the ones we call ‘family’ in the University.

Mr. Competente is currently a third-year student at the University of the Philippines – Diliman and is taking up Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Biology. He developed an interest in graphic design and lay-outing from his Grade 7 ICT class, where he was taught the basics of Adobe Photoshop and has since then been involved in designing posters for school events and programs. At present, he is a member of the UP Educators’ Circle where he served as the Vice President for Publicity and Promotions (AY 2020-2021) and currently serves as a member of the said committee. He is primarily involved in designing publicity materials and managing the organization’s social media accounts.
