The 𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 is now open for applications for 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧.

Application begins today at the Registrar’s Office, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM until Thursday, March 26, 2026.

To qualify, applicants must have 𝐧𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 and submit the following requirements:

Schedule of ENROLLMENT

Nov. 13 - BSAB 1st Year
Nov. 14 - BSAB 2nd Year
Nov. 17 - BSTM 1st Year and 2nd Year
Nov. 18 - BPA 1st Year and 2nd Year
Nov. 19 - BTVTED 1st Year and 2nd Year
Nov. 20-21 - Adding and Dropping of Subjects.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Second Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026

To ensure a smooth and orderly enrollment process, all students are advised to follow the steps below:

Step 1: Clearance and Enrollment Form

-Present your cleared clearance from the previous semester at the Registrar's Releasing Section.
-Secure and accomplish the Enrollment Form.

Step 2: Checking of Subjects and Payment of Fees

-Proceed to Room 103 to check the list of subjects for your program.
-Fill out all required details on the Enrollment Form neatly and completely.
-Pay the following fees before proceeding to the next step:
-Departmental Fees – Room 102
-SSG Fees – Room 101

Step 3: Evaluation of Subjects

-Proceed to your respective Program Head for evaluation and approval of subjects to be enrolled.
-Present the following:
-Enrollment Form
-Evaluation Form
-Receipts

Step 4: Scholarship Application and Renewal

Go to the Scholarship Office for:
-New Applications: Open to students qualified to avail the Sulong Dunong Program.
-Renewal: For existing Sulong Dunong Scholars.

Note: See the separate announcement for the list of required documents.

Step 5: Registrar’s Office (Window 1 and 2)

Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for the following:
-Verification of School ID
-Updating of student information
-Encoding of approved subjects

Step 6: Cashier’s Office

-Proceed to the Cashier for payment verification.

-Claim your Certificate of Enrollment (COR) as proof of official enrollment.

Reminders:
1. Only students with cleared accounts and complete requirements will be accommodated.
2. Follow the enrollment schedule assigned per year level or program.
3. Bring your Student ID and previous semester’s Certificate of Registration (COR) for verification.
4. Keep your Receipts and Certificate of Enrollment (COR) during classes.

• BSTM (Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management) – Purple
• BPA (Bachelor of Public Administration) – Yellow
• BSAB (Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness) – Green
• BTVTED (Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education) – Blue
• BSENTREP (Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship) – Dark Orange

Please make sure to submit the correct color of expanded envelope according to your program. This will help us organize and process your documents more efficiently.
