This significant achievement follows the 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐎𝐏𝐂) conducted on March 19, 2026, as well as the subsequent submission and evaluation of the recommended requirements.

The granting of the COPC marks another important milestone in CDN’s continuing journey toward providing quality, accessible, and responsive higher education. This achievement reflects our collective commitment to meeting the standards of higher education and continuously improving the programs and services we provide to our students and community.

This continuing endeavor aims to make quality higher education more accessible not only to the people of Nabunturan but also to learners from neighboring municipalities who aspire to pursue their college education.

Through this effort, CDN hopes to further fulfill its mission of providing greater educational opportunities and helping more young people in our communities pursue their dreams through free, quality higher education.

𝐀𝐔𝐑𝐔𝐌 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 | HIGALAAY Season 2 Unites CDN Community in Cowboy-Themed Celebration

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝟐: 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 at the Nabunturan National Comprehensive High School Gymnasium on August 19, 2026, under the theme, “𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝟐: 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐃𝐍 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲," aimed to welcome students and foster meaningful connections within the institution.

𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐇. 𝐇𝐮𝐚, 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 underscored the importance of building meaningful connections and strengthening unity within the CDN community, encouraging them to make the most of their college experience, and actively contribute to a stronger and more inclusive school community.

Meanwhile, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. The success of HIGALAAY Season 2 was made possible through the collective efforts of the CDN community, particularly the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐒) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐃𝐍 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐒𝐒𝐆), whose dedication and coordination helped in making the event a meaningful celebration of unity and camaraderie.

Colegio de Nabunturan brought together its teaching and non-teaching personnel for the 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 held on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟐–𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, at the 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧, under the theme, “𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐 𝒅𝒆 𝑵𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒏: 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕.”

𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫, 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬, followed by “𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔,” facilitated by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐧, 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧–𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. The afternoon session, “𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲,” was led by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐇. 𝐇𝐮𝐚, 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, highlighting the importance of continuous professional development among faculty members.

On the second day, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐘𝐯𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐚, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐈 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞–𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐨, facilitated “𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬,” providing participants with insights into policies relevant to their professional responsibilities. The conference concluded with “BBuilding Trust and Synergy,” a team-building session facilitated by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐲 𝐓. 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐨 𝐈𝐈𝐈, 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫, which strengthened camaraderie and teamwork among the participants.

This conference reinforced the spirit of “𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧,” reminding every member of the institution that quality and excellence are achieved through shared leadership, collective commitment, and working together toward a common vision.

The successful conduct of the conference was made possible through the support of 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐧.
