We are looking for 3 dedicated, patient, and passionate tutors to provide ARAL Program (learning support) sessions focused on reading skills.You will help learners build strong reading foundations, improve fluency, boost comprehension, and develop confidence in reading in English and/or Filipino.

๐Ÿ“š WHAT WILL ARAL TUTORS DO?
โœจ Conduct one-on-one or small-group tutoring
โœจ Help learners improve reading and comprehension
โœจ Assist using ARAL learning materials and activity sheets
โœจ Encourage and motivate learners
โœจ Track learner progress and provide feedback
โœจ Serve as positive role models and mentors

๐Ÿ† INCENTIVES:
Eligible tutors may receive an honorarium based on the number of hours rendered and in accordance with DepEd guidelines, plus a Certificate of Recognition/Engagement for volunteers.
