Ang Matilo Elementary School ay nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 na may temang "Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon." Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang ang kahalagahan ng wikang Filipino bilang sagisag ng ating kultura, pagkakakilanlan, at pagkakaisa. Patuloy nating pagyamanin at gamitin ang ating wika nang may pagmamalaki at pananagutan sa makabagong panahon.

Today, the nationwide opening of Brigada Eskwela 20026 was successfully conducted with the active participation of our dedicated volunteers,PTA officials headed by Mercy Javinez Agad , Barangay officials of Matilo headed by HON. Apolonio Monera, CVO, Parents, learners and teachers headed by Gilbert Yecyec and stakeholders. Through the unity, cooperation and the spirit of bayanihan, we continue to work hand in hand in preparing our school for a safe, clean and learner-friendly environment for the opening of classes.
Thank you everyone who shared their time, effort and support in making this activity meaningful and successful.
